In partnership with CA-Ventures Student Living division, one of the premier student housing developers nationally, CanAm will participate in the financing of a 12-story, 205 unit (563 bed) purpose- built student housing complex. Located within walking distance of the University of Florida campus, the project will feature an array of targeted amenities. Construction of the project is underway.
