City Center West Orange is a multi-phased mixed- use development of 2,600 multifamily units, 232k sf of office uses, 514k sf of retail, 244 hotel rooms and 77k sf convention center. Situated in a high- growth corridor of the greater Orlando MSA, the project will be developed in phases in the coming years. The sponsor is currently building the onsite roads and other infrastructure to support this development. The CanAm loan is secured by a senior lien on the property.
