Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants

The project converted a historic building in the heart of Philadelphia into a full-service, boutique hotel – Kimpton Hotel Monaco. The hotel contains 271 guest rooms, including 18 suites, a 120-seat restaurant and bar, approximately 12,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 3,200-square foot ballroom, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
