Through a participation in a loan facility initiated by Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies (MRECS), CanAm is financing the development of over 200 residential condominium units in the premier waterfront Coconut Grove neighborhood. The project, which is branded as the Mr. C Residences (an affiliate of the world- renowned Cipriani Restaurant), is being developed by Terra Group, one of the most active and experienced developers in South Florida. Sales at the project have exceed projections from both a pace and pricing standpoint.
